Frequency of cleaning
After surveying the data centre and consulting with you, we will develop a structured cleaning and protection schedule for your entire data centre, including floor and ceiling voids. This can be quarterly, six-monthly or annually, or monthly, weekly or daily - whatever best suits your specific needs. The initial decontamination will be fully supervised by a qualified IT engineer to establish a best practice cleaning procedure that will ensure all future work is completed thoroughly and professionally.
Specialist Care & Analysis Reports
We thoroughly cleanse the entire room to include every single surface. Special care is taken at all times but particularly in the floor void, where fragile fibre-optic and water detection cables may be deployed.

This survey will give an up to date static level reading and inform you of any potential hazards for your environment. Focus on safety & risk reduction
To ensure constant humidity levels are maintained and to remove risks of water damage, we only use non-aqueous (water free) products in your computer room. All the cleaning materials, cloths and wipes we use have anti-static properties, and cleaning chemicals contain no nitrates or ammonia which can be harmful to computer circuitry. All vacuum equipment is HEPA micro-filtered and certificated.
We carry out detailed inspections of the void areas to look for and report on potential problem areas, such as deteriorating cement slab sealing, evidence of mice or rats, past or present water leaks and damaged cables and connectors. We also measure and analyse air particle contamination and static electrical discharge levels.
Our Analysis Report will detail how the process has reduced contamination to safe levels; any problems discovered and any recommendations to improve the general working environment of your data centre for optimal performance of all equipment.
